Frequently asked questions
How is transcription time calculated?
We bill against the duration of each audio file. A 30-minute upload uses 30 minutes from your quota. Free accounts get 30 minutes per month. Basic members get 10 hours per month and Pro members get 30 hours per month.
Does unused quota roll over?
No. All plan quotas reset each billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account reverts to the Free tier. Resources within the 50 MB free storage limit remain fully accessible. Resources beyond that limit are marked as over-quota and cannot be played until you upgrade again or delete them to free up space.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel whenever you like — your plan stays active until the end of the current cycle and you keep access to paid features until then.
How do annual payments work?
Annual billing charges the full year upfront — $79.9 for Basic or $159.9 for Pro — saving you roughly 33% compared to paying monthly for a full year.
Which payment methods are supported?
