In the morning, generally, I get up around 5 a.m. very early because I start writing at a very good hour.

I have two bowls of coffee and then I continue writing until 11 a.m. and before lunch, between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.

I read the newspapers after lunch.

In general, I go for a walk or I do a little bit of sport.

I play tennis and finally after 12 p.m., around 4 p.m., I start writing again until 7 or 8 p.m.

After dinner, I continue writing until around 12 a.m.

So I sleep about 5 hours per night.
